"Hey everyone! Welcome back to my podcast, where I bring you unique and fun recipe twists that will blow your mind. Today, I’m sharing a delicious apple cookie recipe, but this isn’t just any ordinary cookie—it’s shaped like a duck! Here’s what you’ll need: 125 grams of butter, one cup of powdered sugar, one cup of yogurt, one cup of vegetable oil, one packet of vanilla sugar, one packet of baking powder, and about three cups of flour. For the filling, you’ll need three grated apples, one cup of sugar, and one teaspoon of quinoa. First, prepare the filling by cooking the apples and sugar in a pan until it thickens, then mix in the cinnamon and let it cool. Next, make the dough by mixing the butter and powdered sugar, adding the yogurt, oil, vanilla sugar, and baking powder before gradually incorporating the flour. Once the dough is ready, shape small portions into flattened rounds and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Top each with filling and roll them up tightly. Preheat your oven to 190°C (170°C fan)/375°F and bake for about 20-25 minutes until lightly golden. Let them cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy as a delicious treat! Thanks for listening—I’ll see you in the studio next time!"
