Today, I want to talk about the impact of social media on our lives—how we lose time, feel unhappy, and experience mood swings after seeing certain videos. For instance, videos about Gaza made me feel sad, while fun ones from others made me happy. This September, I decided to cut Instagram, which surprisingly improved my life: more time with friends, family, and studying without the stress of social media.
